Club member Brendan Cuddy has very kindly donated a 4hp Johnson 2 stroke outboard to the club and it was felt the best way forward would be to auction the item with proceeds going to club funds. Although the engine hasn’t been used for around 3 years, it did start after a little persuasion so some fresh 2 stroke mix is probably all that the lucky new owner will need to add. A couple of spark plugs probably wouldn’t hurt also. (see pics and video below).
The auction will run until Saturday 7th November finishing exactly at 12.00pm midday. This should give all club members time to hear about the auction and respond.
So, all we need now is someone to post a starting bid of £1 and we can get the ball rolling.
